Steps of Japanese KK Limited Company Formation

1.  Considering the Basic Company Elements and Amazon
2.  Create a Corporate Seal
3.  Preparation and Notarization of the Articles of Incorporation
4.  Deposit of Capital. Remit capital to a Japanese bank account. If you do not have a Japanese bank account, you can entrust support to an agent who has a Japanese bank account. The agent can be the shareholder of the company, director or a commissioned collaborator.
5.  Submit the application to the Legal Affairs Bureau
6.  Opening a corporate bank account and other procedures

2. Copies of passports of shareholders and directors
3. Original signature certificate and seal impression certificate of shareholders and directors
4. Copy of rental office contract (It should be a registered address)
5. Capital remittance certificate (bank, passport copy)
